Statue of Kubera, the God of Wealth and Prosperity, wearing diadem and formal attire, sitting on a dais. The god holds the Buddhist umbrella in his right hand, while he holds the mongoose that spits the jewels in his left hand. The statue is made of gilt copper, with a nice green and reddish patina in the recesses. Tibet, 18th century. Height: 4 7/8" (12,3 cm). Very good condition.

Statue of Buddha Amitabha (or "Amitayus"), wearing diadem and sitting cross-legged on a double lotus throne. Amitabha holds a vase containing the nectar of immortality on his lap. Gilt bronze, the face itself is cold-gilt. Tibet, 18th century. Height: 6 1/4" (16 cm). Gilding partly eroded, otherwise very good condition.

Extremely rare large porcelain bowl with blue decoration on white background representing outside flowers and foliage surmounted by a geometric design near the rim and, inside, three concentric designs, first, in the center, a phoenix amidst flowers, then on the sides the same flower design than outside and, near the rim, a geometric design. Reign mark painted outside in the middle of the geometric design near the rim. Slightly blue glazing with some ferruginous impurities, with an "orange peel"...

Small portable altar representing Buddha in relief backed by an aureola. Buddha is shown sitting cross-legged on a circular throne, his hands in meditation posture. The altar is made of bronze, and has a beautiful dark-green and reddish patina (a sign of great age). The piece was cast in China, during the Northern Wei Dynasty period (386-534 A.D.). Height: 1 7/8" (4,7 cm). Nicely mounted on a plexi stand. Strong erosion due to age, otherwise very good condition.
