Small bracelet made of glass, found in an archeological digging. Philippines, Luzon Island, Ifugao Peoples. Dimensions: outside diameter: around 2 1/2" (around 6,5cm), inside diameter: around 2" (5 cm). Obvious signs of a long stay underground, large calcification and soil stains, otherwise good condition.

Euros 120 

Bracelet made from a large shell, found in an archeological digging. Philippines, Luzon Island, Ifugao Peoples. Dimensions: outside diameter: around 3" (7,7 cm), inside diameter: around 2" (5 cm). Obvious signs of a long stay underground, some calcification and soil stains, otherwise good condition. Collected in 1978.

Amber snuff bottle, carved in relief with a design of a dragon climbing on mountains. Partly coral stopper, tortoise shell spoon. China, late 19th century. Height (without stopper): 2 1/16" (5,2 cm). The piece is offered with its custom made box. Very good condition.

Snuff bottle of squarish shape, four sides, cylindrical neck, round base. Porcelain, with deep blue decor on white background of four different scenes showing several characters in a garden, each scene framed in floral design, the neck itself decorated with a geometric design. Four Chinese characters mark beneath (Qian Long Nian Zhe). China, early 19th century, probably earlier. Height: 2 3/4" (7 cm). Chips at base, glaze slightly eroded, otherwise good condition.

Porcelain, with superbly painted blue decor on white background depicting a legendary scene with numerous mythical characters including a monkey hero, in a mountainous landscape. Large mask, of fierce expression, with protruding forehead and nose, and large, pierced through eyes, nostrils and mouth. The mask is covered with numerous small holes around the eyebrows, under the nose and around the chin, in which animal hair has been inserted and glued with wax. Snuff bottle of classical rounded flat shape, nicely curved neck, decorated with a "tao tie" mask on each shoulder. Peking glass, with a nice ruby colour. Silver stopper with turquoise and coral inserts, spoon missing. China, 19th century, maybe earlier. Height (without stopper): 2 7/8" (7,3 cm). Slight erosion all over, tiny dent on one face (tiny bubble?), otherwise good condition.

Small ink pot entirely decorated with mythical scenes in relief and stylized lotus on its neck and base. A loop on each shoulder for attachment. Bronze, with dark-green patina, encrusted in some areas. Nepal, 18th century, maybe earlier. Height: 2 3/4" (7 cm). A rare and superb example of the famous Newar bronzes.
