Ink pot of circular shape resting on a semi-spheric base. The whole piece is decorated, on its lid with a geometric design, on its body with a double dragon (on one side) and foliage and geometric design (on both sides), and on its base with a lotus and geometric design. The pot has one loop on both upper sides of its body, to which a double chain is attached. Bronze, fine dark-green patina, partly encrusted. Himalayan Region, Nepal, 18th century. Statue of a standing male, head carved in detail, long and large neck, narrow shoulders, arms alongside torso, relief breasts, protruding abdomen, obvious genitalia, protruding buttocks, long bent legs, large stylized feet. Hard and heavy wood, brown patina with some encrustation. Africa, Burkina Faso, Lobi Peoples. Height: 29 1/2" (75 cm). Erosion all over and age cracks, otherwise very good condition. Glass snuff bottle of rounded shape, flat sides, stylized "tao tie" mask on each shoulder. Decor painted inside: obverse: a crane beneath a gnarled pine tree and beside a mythical mushroom; reverse: a mountainous landscape, surmounted by 6 Chinese characters. Unsigned. Mother-of -pearl and silver stopper, white metal spoon. China, 19th century. Height: 2 15/16" (7,5 cm). Chip inside rim, otherwise good condition.

Snuff bottle of baluster shape, small flaring neck. Blue decor of two dragons chasing the pearl, one dragon in the clouds and one below in waves, on faded white background. Four Chinese characters beneath base (Yong Zheng Nian Zhe). China, 19th century, maybe earlier. Height: 2 3/4" (7 cm). Snuff bottle of squarish shape, four sides, cylindrical neck, round base. Porcelain, with deep blue decor on white background of four different scenes showing several characters in a garden, each scene framed in floral design, the neck itself decorated with a geometric design. Four Chinese characters mark beneath (Qian Long Nian Zhe). China, early 19th century, probably earlier. Height: 2 3/4" (7 cm). Chips at base, glaze slightly eroded, otherwise good condition.
