| Snuff bottle of squarish shape, four sides, cylindrical neck, round base. Porcelain, with deep blue decor on white background of four different scenes showing several characters in a garden, each scene framed in floral design, the neck itself decorated with a geometric design. Four Chinese characters mark beneath (Qian Long Nian Zhe). China, early 19th century, probably earlier. Height: 2 3/4" (7 cm). Chips at base, glaze slightly eroded, otherwise good condition. | ||||||||
