| Belt hook with a flat central part in the shape of a coiled dragon in relief, a long stem ending in a stylized dragon head. Knob at the back for attachment to a leather belt. Bronze, with partly encrusted reddish-green patina. China, Han Dynasty Period, Ordos Culture. Height: 4 1/16" (10,4 cm). Very good condition. A rather similar but not identical belt hook is to be seen at # 1-0368 of our catalog, which is in fact is even a finer piece. | |||||||
