| Statue of Buddha, wearing monk's robes, his hands in "bhumisparsa mudra", sitting cross-legged on a tall throne. A finial on the statue head. Wood, with nice greyish patina. Laos, early 19th century. Height: 11" (28 cm). The statue is nicely mounted on a custom wood stand. Erosion due to age, otherwise very good condition. | |||||||||
