| Face mask, hair, nose and ears carved in relief, the rest of the features deeply incised, except for the pierced-through mouth which gives the mask a simian expression. Wood, with fine dark-brown glossy patina. Africa, R.D. Congo, Ngbaka Peoples. Height: 10 1/2" (26,5 cm). The mask is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand.
