| Small statue of Buddha Amithaba, in meditating posture, sitting cross-legged on a double lotus throne. Votive box at the back, its lid missing. Lacquered wood, with remnants of the original gilding. China, 18th century. Height: 3 7/16" (8,7 cm). The piece is nicely mounted on a custom wood stand. Very good condition despite a large chip at the back. A fine little statue. | |||||||||
