| Unusual face mask of elongated shape, round pierced through eyes, long and thin nose, open mouth in relief, small chin. Irregular holes around the rim. Wood, dark-brown semi glossy patina. Africa, Ivory Coast, Dan Peoples. Height: 9 5/8" (24,5 cm). The mask is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand. Old insect infestation in some areas (no danger), old and local restoration at forehead and chin (barely visible), otherwise very good condition. | |||||||||
